Where does Iceburn ship?
Iceburn ships across all 10 Canadian provinces and all 3 territories according to the published shipping zones. The available rate is selected from the delivery province or territory and order subtotal.
How much is shipping?
Ontario, AB, BC, MB, QC, NS, and NB are CA$15 below CA$130 and free at CA$130 or more. NL, PE, and SK are CA$24.99 below CA$130 and CA$10 at CA$130 or more. YT, NT, and NU are CA$34.99 below CA$130 and CA$20 at CA$130 or more.
Which currency is used?
Product prices, quantity tiers, Cart totals, and shipping rates are shown in Canadian dollars using the CA$ format.
How does quantity pricing work?
Eligible ZYN and VELO products use per-product quantity tiers: 1–4 tins at CA$14.99 each, 5–9 at CA$13.99 each, and 10–20 at CA$12.99 each. The product page and Cart show the applicable unit price and total.
Can I choose a quantity that is not a preset?
Yes. The 1, 5, and 10 tin cards are shortcuts connected to the standard quantity field. The plus/minus controls can select another supported quantity.
How do I know whether a product is available?
Published product pages show an In stock status without exposing exact inventory quantities. Availability can change before an order is placed.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact Iceburn as soon as possible with the order number and correct details. Whether a change can be made depends on the order’s current handling stage.
How do wholesale enquiries work?
Wholesale is handled directly through WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. There is no wholesale account, automatic pricing, catalogue, or checkout.
