These terms explain the conditions for using the Iceburn store and placing an order.
Using the storefront
Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and order information and use the storefront only for lawful purposes. Access may be limited where necessary to protect the site, customers, or store operations.
Age-restricted products
The storefront is intended only for customers who satisfy the legal-age requirements that apply to them. Customers are responsible for confirming that they are permitted to view and purchase the products offered.
Product information and availability
Iceburn aims to present product names, flavours, strengths, packaging images, prices, and availability accurately. Information may be corrected when a data or display error is identified. A product shown on the site is not guaranteed to remain available until an order is accepted.
Prices, orders, and payment
Customer-facing prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Quantity pricing applies as displayed for eligible products, and shipping is calculated separately. Available payment options and instructions are shown during the order process. Submitting an order does not prevent Iceburn from reviewing or cancelling it where information, availability, pricing, payment, or fulfilment issues are identified.
Shipping and returns
The Shipping Policy explains Canadian rates. Return and refund requests are handled under the Return & Refund Policy. Neither policy creates a delivery guarantee or promises eligibility for a particular outcome.
